Feeding the Unhoused: A Successful Collaboration with Salem Survival Program

We are thrilled to announce the success of our recent food handout event at Riley Square in Salem, Massachusetts. In collaboration with the Salem Survival Program, we provided meals to about 60 people this weekend. The menu included Penne pasta with red sauce, Angus Beef Meatballs, and Texas Toast Garlic bread.

This effort was made possible by the support of our community and the generous customers of Mike's POP Shop. Your contributions allowed us to gather the resources needed to prepare and distribute these meals.

We encourage everyone who can to consider donating to Somers Philanthropy. All funds go directly to supporting our initiatives to help those in need. You can make a donation on our website at www.somersphilanthropy.org or contribute to our GoFundMe campaign.

Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community. Your support is invaluable!
